How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Xenograft, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

By using Xenograft to declare every creature a Dwarf, we turn Elven Chorus's mana-producing tap ability into a trigger for Magda, Brazen Outlaw's first ability. Every time a creature taps for mana, Magda, Brazen Outlaw responds by creating a Treasure token, which Stridehangar Automaton immediately supercharges by appending an additional 1/1 colorless Thopter artifact creature token to the exchange. Because Stridehangar Automaton simultaneously buffs those very same Thopters and Elven Chorus lets you tap them right back for mana, the loop sustains itself infinitely, generating boundless resources to fuel Magda, Brazen Outlaw's ultimate sacrifice ability and tutor Dragonlord Kolaghan—or any other artifact or Dragon—straight from your library.
