Rising of the Day ensures your newly minted army can tap immediately without waiting around for summoning sickness, letting you loop the process endlessly. Once you've generated infinite mana, infinite tapped creatures, and a mountain of Treasure tokens, you can simply cash in Magda's ultimate sacrifice ability to pull every single artifact and a subset of dragons directly out of your library and onto the battlefield to close out the game.
