How it works

  1. Activate a creature by tapping it.
  2. Magda triggers, as the creature is a Dwarf due to Xenograft, creating a 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token and a Treasure token due to Stridehangar Automaton.
  3. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms any simple tap activation into an overwhelming engine, fueled by Xenograft turning every creature on your board into a Dwarf so that Magda, Brazen Outlaw rewards you with a Treasure token every time they tap. Meanwhile, Stridehangar Automaton modifies those incoming Treasure tokens to also generate an additional 1/1 Thopter artifact creature token, which in turn counts as a Dwarf to keep the cycle going. With A Realm Reborn granting your permanents the ability to tap for any color of mana, you can easily sustain the activation costs while Purphoros, Bronze-Blooded ensures your explosive board state benefits from haste and lets you leverage your library. Ultimately, Magda's ability to sacrifice five Treasures lets you tutor up any artifact or Dragon straight to the battlefield, converting your infinite tokens into a devastating victory.
