How it works

1. Cast Sekki by paying 5.
2. Sekki enters the battlefield as a Bear due to Xenograft.
3. Ayula triggers, causing Sekki to fight a creature you don't control.
4. Sekki removes a number of +1/+1 counters from it equal to the damage it would've been dealt and creates that many 1/1 Spirit creature tokens, which are Bears due to Xenograft.
5. When the Spirit Bear(s) enter the battlefield, Ayula triggers that many times.
6. If Sekki is on the battlefield, resolve an Ayula trigger, causing Sekki to fight a creature you don't control, and then repeat from step 3.
7. If Sekki is not on the battlefield, activate Sekki by sacrificing eight Spirits, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield as a Bear with eight +1/+1 counters on it due to Xenograft.
8. If Sekki entered the battlefield, Ayula triggers, causing Sekki to fight a creature you don't control.
9. Repeat from step 3.

This potent loop turns your entire board into a relentless hunting pack by using Xenograft to redefine every creature you control—including Sekki, Seasons' Guide and its tokens—as a Bear. This classification ensures that whenever Sekki or its Spirit progeny enter the battlefield, Ayula, Queen Among Bears triggers to make them fight opposing creatures. Because Sekki's replacement effect prevents damage by shedding its own +1/+1 counters to spawn those exact Spirit tokens, every fight fuels a cascading chain of new Bear arrivals and subsequent triggers. Even if Sekki finally falls in battle, sacrificing eight of those newly minted Spirits allows you to recur Sekki from the graveyard right back into the fray, keeping the mechanical slaughter going infinitely.
