How it works

1. Cast Dread Slaver by paying 3.
2. When Dread Slaver enters the battlefield, Be'lakor's second ability triggers, causing Dread Slaver to deal damage equal to its power to itself.
3. Dread Slaver dies as a state-based action due to its deathtouch.
4. Dread Slaver triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This macabre loop turns your own board into a self-sustaining engine of resurrection and carnage, fueled by Xenograft designating every creature you control as a Demon. With that tribal umbrella in place, Be'lakor, the Dark Master sees Dread Slaver enter and triggers its Lord of Torment ability, pinging the Slaver for its own power. Thanks to Zagras, Thief of Heartbeats granting deathtouch to all your creatures, that damage is instantly lethal, sending Dread Slaver to the graveyard. The Slaver's own triggered ability immediately catches this death and returns it directly to the battlefield, restarting the cycle for an endless cascade of enters-the-battlefield and death triggers.
