How it works

1. Play any land.
2. When the land enters the battlefield, Retreat to Emeria triggers, creating a 1/1 Kor Ally creature token.
3. When the Kor Ally enters the battlefield as a 1/1 Saproling that is also a Forest land due to Life and Limb and Xenograft, Retreat to Emeria triggers, creating a 1/1 Kor Ally creature token.
4. Repeat step 3.

This clever loop transforms a simple land drop into an engine for infinite tokens by turning your creature additions into actual lands. With Xenograft set to Saprolings, every creature you control naturally counts as a Saproling, which Life and Limb turns into a Forest land in addition to its other types. When you play a land, Retreat to Emeria triggers to create a Kor Ally token, which immediately enters the battlefield as both a Saproling and a Forest. Because that new token is legally a land entering the battlefield, it triggers Retreat to Emeria all over again to sustain an endless cycle of creature and landfall generation.
