When Bloodghast enters as an Ally due to Xenograft, Haru triggers, earthbending a land.
Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Bloodghast.
Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing a land creature.
When the land creature dies, Haru triggers, returning the land from your graveyard to the battlefield.
When the land enters, Bloodghast triggers, returning itself from your graveyard to the battlefield.
When Bloodghast enters as an Ally due to Xenograft, Haru triggers, earthbending a land.
Repeat from step 3.
This clever engine turns your graveyard and land drops into a self-sustaining loop of sacrifice and rebirth. With Xenograft redefining every creature you control as an Ally, the arrival of Bloodghast triggers Haru, Hidden Talent to earthbend a land into a creature. You then feed both Bloodghast and that newly animated land to Phyrexian Altar to generate a steady stream of colored mana and fuel your death triggers. Because the earthbent land goes to the graveyard when sacrificed, Haru, Hidden Talent triggers to return it directly to the battlefield, which in turn sparks Bloodghast's Landfall ability to leap back out of the graveyard and restart the cycle.
