How it works

1. Activate Scroll of Fate by tapping it, manifesting Wormfang Manta from your hand.
2. Pay 5 to turn Wormfang Manta face up.
3. Activate Snow Hound by paying 1 and tapping it, returning itself and Wormfang Manta from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Wormfang Manta's LTB ability triggers, creating an extra turn after this one.
5. Cast Snow Hound by paying 2.
6. Repeat.

This wonderfully convoluted loop takes advantage of Wormfang Manta's leave-the-battlefield trigger to chain together infinite turns. By using Scroll of Fate to sneak the Manta onto the battlefield face down, you completely bypass its painful enter-the-battlefield penalty of skipping your next turn. Once it is safely in play, you pay its mana cost to turn it face up, setting the stage for Snow Hound's activated ability. Snow Hound then bounces both itself and the Wormfang Manta back to your hand, triggering the Manta's leave-the-battlefield ability to grant you an extra turn. Finally, you simply recast Snow Hound, ready to manifest and flip the Manta all over again on your endless string of bonus turns.
