How it works
- Activate Emry by tapping it, targeting Dark Sphere.
- Cast Dark Sphere from your graveyard by paying 0.
- Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Great Oak Guardian.
- When Great Oak Guardian enters, it triggers, untapping all creatures you control and giving them +2/+2 until end of turn.
- Activate Dark Sphere by tapping and sacrificing it.
- Repeat.
This ingenious loop relies on Emry, Lurker of the Loch letting you repeatedly cast Dark Sphere from your graveyard for free thanks to its zero mana value. Every time you cast that noncreature artifact, Displacer Kitten triggers to blink Great Oak Guardian, resetting the creature with a fresh entry trigger. When Great Oak Guardian resolves, it untaps all of your creatures—including Emry—which allows you to tap Emry again to target Dark Sphere and repeat the cycle endlessly.
