How it works

1. Cause an opponent to discard at least one card.
2. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
3. Activate Mind over Matter twice by discarding Entropic Eidolon and another card, untapping Elite Arcanist and the mana-producing permanent.
4. Activate Elite Arcanist by paying 1 and tapping it, casting a copy of Dream Salvage without paying its mana cost.
5. Entropic Eidolon triggers, returning itself to your hand from your graveyard.
6. Resolve Dream Salvage, causing you to draw at least one card.
7. Repeat from step 2.

This intricate loop transforms a single opponent discard into a self-sustaining engine by turning Elite Arcanist into an imprint station holding Dream Salvage. Mind Over Matter provides the crucial mechanical glue, allowing you to cycle cards like Entropic Eidolon to constantly untap your mana source and the Arcanist. Every time the copied Dream Salvage resolves, it refills your hand based on that initial discard, while the multicolored nature of the spell repeatedly triggers Entropic Eidolon to return to your hand for more discarding.
