How it works

- Butcher of Malakir triggers, causing each opponent to sacrifice a creature.
- Glissa triggers at least once, allowing you to return Ornithopter to your hand.

This elegant loop strips your opponents of their entire boards while fueling a massive pool of colorless mana. By feeding Ornithopter into Krark-Clan Ironworks, you generate the necessary mana to recast it for free while triggering Butcher of Malakir to force your opponents into sacrificing their own creatures. As those opposing creatures perish, Glissa, the Traitor’s triggered ability capitalizes on the carnage by returning the sacrificed Ornithopter straight back to your hand to do it all over again.
