How it works

1. Activate Locus of Enlightenment using Magistrate's Scepter's first ability by paying 4 and tapping it.
2. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying its activated ability.
3. Resolve both Locus of Enlightenment abilities from steps 7 and 8, putting two charge counters on it.
4. Activate Locus of Enlightenment using Staff of Domination's first ability by paying 1.
5. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying its activated ability.
6. Resolve both Locus of Enlightenment abilities, untapping it.
7. Activate Locus of Enlightenment's second ability by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it.
8. Locus of Enlightenment triggers, copying its activated ability.
9. Resolve both Locus of Enlightenment abilities, causing you to get two extra turns after this one.
10. Move to your first extra turn.
11. Repeat steps 1 through 3 one additional time.
12. Move to your second extra turn.
13. Repeat from step 1.
