2. Cast Thassa's Oracle by paying .
3. Thassa's Oracle enters the battlefield, causing you to win the game.

This iconic win condition relies on completely emptying your library so that the triggered ability of Thassa's Oracle instantly checks your devotion to blue against a library size of zero and claims victory. To achieve this, you cast Demonic Consultation and name a card that isn't left in your deck, which banishes your entire library into exile as it searches. Once your library is completely gone, playing Thassa's Oracle fulfills its alternate win condition upon entering the battlefield.
