How it works

1. During your upkeep, Mirrorhall Mimic // Ghastly Mimicry triggers, creating a token copy of Timestream Navigator.
2. During your next upkeep, Mirrorhall Mimic // Ghastly Mimicry triggers, creating a token copy of Timestream Navigator.
3. Activate the ability of a Timestream Navigator token that did not enter the battlefield this turn by paying 2, tapping it, and putting it on the bottom of your library, taking an extra turn.
4. Repeat from 2.

This elegant loop relies on cloning and extra turns to achieve a total lock on the game. Once you have secured the city's blessing, Mirrorhall Mimic—cast and transformed via its disturb cost as Ghastly Mimicry—gets right to work at the beginning of your upkeep by conjuring a token copy of Timestream Navigator. Because those created tokens don't suffer from summoning sickness on subsequent turns, you can tap one and tuck it to the bottom of your library to immediately take an extra turn. Ghastly Mimicry will just keep churning out fresh Timestream Navigator tokens every single upkeep, ensuring you have an endless supply of navigators to cycle away and infinite turns to close out the game.
