How it works

1. Cast Mirrorhall Mimic by paying its mana cost. Choose to have it enter as a copy of Anticausal Vestige.
2. When Mirrorhall Mimic enters, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Anticausal Vestige from the battlefield to your hand.
3. When Anticausal Vestige leaves the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to draw a card and and put Anticausal Vestige from your hand onto the battlefield.
4. When Anticausal Vestige enters, Cloudstone Curio triggers, returning Mirrorhall Mimic from the battlefield to your hand.
5. When Mirrorhall Mimic leaves the battlefield, it triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Mirrorhall Mimic from your hand onto the battlefield as a copy of Anticausal Vestige.
6. Repeat from step 2.

This brilliant loop relies on a clever creature type and trigger interaction to bounce your spells back and forth indefinitely. By having Mirrorhall Mimic enter as a copy of Anticausal Vestige, you set up a perpetual exchange where Cloudstone Curio triggers off each entry to return the other permanent to your hand. As Anticausal Vestige and Mirrorhall Mimic repeatedly leave the battlefield, their respective leaves-the-battlefield abilities trigger to not only draw you a card, but also instantly drop the returned card right back onto the battlefield to keep the cycle spinning.
