How it works

1. At the beginning of your upkeep, Ghastly Mimicry triggers, creating a token copy of Coretapper.
2. Activate the Coretapper token's first ability by tapping it, putting a charge counter on Magistrate's Scepter.
3. Activate the Coretapper token's second ability by sacrificing it, putting two charge counters on Magistrate's Scepter.
4. Activate Magistrate Scepter by tapping it and removing three charge counters from it, taking an extra turn after this one.
5. If desired, activate the first ability of any untapped Coretappers you control by tapping them, putting charge counters on any artifacts.
6. Repeat each turn.
