How it works

  1. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding U mana.
  2. Activate Mind over Matter by discarding Shrieking Drake, targeting the mana-producing permanent.
  3. Oskar triggers, causing you to pay U mana to cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard.
  4. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
  5. Resolve the Mind over Matter ability from step 2, untapping the mana-producing permanent.
  6. Repeat.
