How it works

1. Activate Vault of Catlacan and an additional land if necessary by tapping them, adding at least 1
2. Cast Cloud of Faeries by paying 1
3. When Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield, it and Clement trigger
4. Resolve the Clement trigger, choosing to return Shrieking Drake from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Resolve the Cloud of Faeries trigger, untapping the land(s) from step 1.
6. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying
7. When Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, it and Clement trigger
8. Resolve the Shrieking Drake trigger, returning Cloud of Faeries from the battlefield to your hand
9. Resolve the Clement trigger, choosing to return nothing
10. Repeat
