How it works

1. Cast Cloud of Faeries with offspring by paying 1 using the cost reduction from Rakdos.
2. When Cloud of Faeries enters, its own ability and its offspring ability trigger.
3. Resolve the Cloud of Faeries abilities, untapping two lands.
4. Resolve the offspring ability, creating a token copy of Cloud of Faeries.
5. When the token copy of Cloud of Faeries enters, its ability triggers, untapping two lands.
6. Activate four lands by tapping them, adding 2.
7. Cast Shrieking Drake with offspring by paying , using cost reduction from Rakdos.
8. When Shrieking Drake enters, its own ability and its offspring ability trigger.
9. Resolve the Shrieking Drake ability, returning the nontoken Cloud of Faeries to its owner's hand.
10. Resolve the offspring ability, creating a token copy of Shrieking Drake.
11. When the token copy of Shrieking Drake enters, its ability triggers, returning the nontoken Shrieking Drake to its owner's hand.
12. Repeat.

This engine transforms the offspring mechanic granted by Zinnia, Valley's Voice into a self-sustaining loop by leveraging the cost-reducing prowess of Rakdos, Lord of Riots to offset the extra mana. Cloud of Faeries enters the battlefield and its token copy both trigger to untap your lands, generating a net positive of mana that covers the discounted casting costs. Meanwhile, Shrieking Drake and its own offspring token enter to endlessly bounce each other and the original faerie back to your hand, allowing you to replay them on infinite iterations.
