How it works

1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying .
2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Izzet Boilerworks from your hand onto the battlefield.
3. Izzet Boilerworks enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Nissa.
4. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding .
5. Resolve the Izzet Boilerworks trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the self-bouncing nature of Shrieking Drake into a perpetual engine by relying on Chulane, Teller of Tales to instantly cheat a land into play whenever you cast a creature. By pulling Izzet Boilerworks out of your hand on every iteration, you trigger Nissa, Resurgent Animist's landfall ability to generate the mana needed to keep casting the Drake. Because Izzet Boilerworks bounces itself back to your hand upon entry, the whole sequence seamlessly resets, allowing you to draw through your entire deck while generating limitless storm count and creature triggers.
