How it works

1. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying .
2. Chulane triggers, causing you to draw a card and put Rakdos Carnarium from your hand onto the battlefield.
3. Rakdos Carnarium enters the battlefield, triggering itself and Lotus Cobra.
4. Resolve the Lotus Cobra trigger, adding .
5. Resolve the Rakdos Carnarium trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
7. Repeat.

This clever loop turns a simple self-bouncing creature into an infinite engine, powered entirely by how its pieces interact with the battlefield. When you cast Shrieking Drake, Chulane, Teller of Tales rewards you by accelerating Rakdos Carnarium directly onto the battlefield, which immediately triggers Lotus Cobra to generate the blue mana needed to cast the Drake all over again. The Rakdos Carnarium also forces itself back to your hand upon entry, perfectly pairing with the Drake's own self-bounce ability to reset the entire sequence cleanly.
