How it works

1. Activate a permanent by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Mind Over Matter by discarding Shrieking Drake, untapping the permanent.
3. Cast Shrieking Drake from your graveyard for its mayhem cost by paying .
4. When Shrieking Drake enters, it triggers, returning itself from the battlefield to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This loop cleverly turns Green Goblin's newly granted graveyard casting into an infinite engine, fueled entirely by the madness of Mind Over Matter. Once Norman Osborn // Green Goblin is transformed, its Goblin Formula gives your entire graveyard mayhem, allowing Shrieking Drake to be cast straight from the graveyard for just its mana cost. Each time Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, its triggered ability forces it right back to your hand, and discarding it to Mind Over Matter's activation lets you untap whatever mana source you used to pay for it—alongside any permanent you need to tap for the required blue mana.
