How it works

1. Cast Dockside Extortionist by paying 1.
2. Dockside Extortionist enters the battlefield, triggering its ability twice, creating at least four Treasure tokens.
3. Activate three Treasure tokens by tapping and sacrificing them, adding 1.
4. Cast Shrieking Drake by paying .
5. Shrieking Drake enters the battlefield, triggering its ability twice, returning itself and Dockside Extortionist from the battlefield to your hand.
6. Repeat.

This delightful loop turns the humble Shrieking Drake into an infinite-value engine by bouncing both itself and the setup crew right back to your hand. Panharmonicon acts as the ultimate amplifier, doubling up both the Drake's self-bounce trigger and the massive mana-generation of Dockside Extortionist. As long as your opponents control enough artifacts and enchantments to net you surplus mana from the resulting Treasure tokens, you can recast everything indefinitely to flood the board and generate limitless resources.
