How it works

1. Cast Dark Petition by paying 3.
2. Holding priority, activate Uyo by paying 2 and returning two lands to your hand from the battlefield, copying Dark Petition.
3. Resolve the copy of Dark Petition, causing you to search your library for a card, put it into your hand and add .
4. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting two lands onto the battlefield tapped from your hand.
5. Repeat from step 2.

This clever loop transforms Uyo, Silent Prophet into a self-sustaining engine by feeding her land-bouncing activation requirement directly into Patron of the Moon's ability to effortlessly drop those lands right back onto the battlefield. By using Uyo to copy Dark Petition, you not only search out whatever tool you need from your deck, but you also leverage Dark Petition's spell mastery ability to generate the black mana required to keep funding Patron of the Moon's land-dropping ability.
