How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Azorius Chancery from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Azorius Chancery enters the battlefield, it and Nissa trigger.
3. Resolve the Azorius Chancery trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the simple bounce-land Azorius Chancery into an engine for endless landfall triggers. By using Patron of the Moon's active ability to repeatedly drop the Chancery onto the battlefield, you trigger its built-in return clause to constantly bounce it right back to your hand. Meanwhile, Nissa, Resurgent Animist watches each land arrive and rewards you with a steady stream of mana, while also digging deep into your deck for key Elves or Elementals once her second landfall threshold is met.
