How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Dimir Aqueduct from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Nissa trigger.
3. Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop turns the self-bouncing nature of Dimir Aqueduct into an engine for infinite resources, anchored entirely by Patron of the Moon's ability to constantly drop lands straight from your hand. Each time the Aqueduct enters the battlefield, Nissa, Resurgent Animist triggers from the landfall event to generate mana and cycle through your library for Elves or Elementals. Because the Aqueduct's own entry trigger forces you to return a land to your hand, you simply hand it right back to Patron of the Moon's activation cost to repeat the cycle endlessly.
