How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Orzhov Basilica from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Orzhov Basilica enters the battlefield, it and Nissa trigger.
3. Resolve the Orzhov Basilica trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This ingenious loop relies on Patron of the Moon's active ability to repeatedly cheat lands into play, using Orzhov Basilica's own enters-the-battlefield trigger to bounce itself right back to your hand for the next iteration.
