How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Boros Garrison from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Boros Garrison enters the battlefield, it and Nissa trigger.
3. Resolve the Boros Garrison trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Nissa trigger, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This elegant loop lets you extract infinite landfall triggers by continually bouncing and replaying a single land right from your hand. Patron of the Moon provides the engine by letting you repeatedly invest a single mana to drop Boros Garrison onto the battlefield, while Boros Garrison's own triggered ability forces it straight back to your hand as soon as it arrives. Meanwhile, Nissa, Resurgent Animist watches the chaos unfold, converting every single one of those entries into a steady stream of colored mana and filtering your library for key Elfs and Elementals.
