How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Rakdos Carnarium from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Rakdos Carnarium enters the battlefield, it and Lotus Cobra trigger.
3. Resolve the Rakdos Carnarium trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Lotus Cobra trigger, adding 1.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop relies on Patron of the Moon's active ability to continually feed lands into play, using Rakdos Carnarium's self-bouncing drawback to keep the engine fueled. Every time the Carnarium drops, Lotus Cobra triggers to generate the exact mana needed to pay Patron of the Moon's activation cost again, sustaining an endless loop of lands entering the battlefield.
