How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Dimir Aqueduct from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Dimir Aqueduct enters the battlefield, it and Tireless Provisioner trigger.
3. Resolve the Dimir Aqueduct trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Tireless Provisioner trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

This crafty loop turns the self-bouncing nature of Dimir Aqueduct into an engine for infinite resources, all thanks to the mechanical harmony of the table. Every time you cycle the land back to your hand with its own entry trigger, Tireless Provisioner spots the action and generates a fresh Treasure token to fund the next activation of Patron of the Moon. Since Patron of the Moon can effortlessly drop that very same Dimir Aqueduct right back onto the battlefield, you create a perpetual motion machine of land drops and token generation that fuels itself entirely on its own output.
