How it works

1. Activate Patron of the Moon by paying 1, putting Arid Archway from your hand onto the battlefield tapped.
2. When Arid Archway enters the battlefield, it and Tireless Provisioner trigger.
3. Resolve the Arid Archway trigger, returning it from the battlefield to your hand.
4. Resolve the Tireless Provisioner trigger, creating a Treasure token.
5. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding 1.
6. Repeat.

This ingenious loop transforms Arid Archway and Patron of the Moon into a self-contained engine that exploits the land's own entry trigger. By using Patron of the Moon's active ability to drop Arid Archway straight to the battlefield, you trigger Arid Archway's self-bounce ability to instantly return itself to your hand while simultaneously fueling Tireless Provisioner's landfall trigger to create a Treasure token. Sacrificing that Treasure token provides the exact amount of mana needed to pay for Patron of the Moon's ability, allowing you to repeat the cycle indefinitely and generate boundless resources.
