How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
3. When Sensei's Divining Top enters, Kappa Cannoneer triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on Kappa Cannoneer.
4. Repeat.

This clever loop turns your library into a bottomless well by leaning on Falco Spara, Pactweaver's ability to let you cast spells from the top of your deck by stripping counters off your creatures. You tap Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and place itself right back on top of your library, where Falco Spara allows you to immediately recast it for free by pulling a counter off a creature. Foundry Inspector steps in to ensure that cost reduction makes the top's mana value zero, while Kappa Cannoneer happily feeds on the endless parade of artifact entrances to grow into an unblockable, heavily protected juggernaut.
