How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Lyla triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This clever engine spins up by tapping Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and slide itself back onto the top of your library, triggering Lyla, Holographic Assistant to place a fresh +1/+1 counter on a creature. Falco Spara, Pactweaver then allows you to cast that very same Sensei's Divining Top directly from the top of your library by trading that newly placed counter instead of paying mana. Meanwhile, Foundry Inspector steps in to make that artifact spell completely free to cast, letting you seamlessly loop the entire process to generate infinite draw triggers and storm count.
