How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library.
2. Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings triggers, putting a +1/+1 counter on it.
3. Cast Sensei's Divining Top from the top of your library by paying 0 and removing a counter from a creature you control.
4. Repeat.

This elegant engine turns a simple top-deck manipulation tool into a torrential loop, fueled by the cost-reducing presence of Foundry Inspector that makes Sensei's Divining Top entirely free to recast. Falco Spara, Pactweaver ties the whole operation together by granting the ability to cast that top card directly from your library while trading away creature counters instead of mana. As you repeatedly draw and replay your artifact, Shang-Chi and the Ten Rings watches every card drawn to steadily accumulate +1/+1 counters—eventually cracking open a massive burst of five cards and 5 life when the tenth counter lands.
