How it works

1. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 0.
2. Echoes of Eternity triggers, creating a copying the Sensei's Divining Top spell.
3. Resolve both Sensei's Divining Top spells.
4. Activate the nontoken Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
5. Activate the token Sensei's Divining Top by tapping it, causing you to draw Sensei's Divining Top, and causing you to put the token Sensei's Divining Top from the battlefield onto the top of your library.
6. Repeat.

This elegant engine turns a humble artifact into a relentless card-drawing machine by taking full advantage of the mana cost reduction provided by Foundry Inspector. When you cast Sensei's Divining Top for free, Echoes of Eternity steps in to duplicate the spell, leaving you with both a physical copy and a token copy to resolve. From there, you tap the nontoken Sensei's Divining Top to draw a card and tuck it away, while simultaneously tapping the token Sensei's Divining Top to draw the real one back and tuck the token away in turn. Repeating this seamless loop generates infinite card draw, infinite draw triggers, and a near-infinite storm count.
