How it works

1. Cast Supernatural Stamina by paying , targeting Salvager of Secrets.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Salvager of Secrets, adding .
3. When Salvager of Secrets dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Salvager of Secrets enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Supernatural Stamina from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This cunning loop starts by casting Supernatural Stamina to grant Salvager of Secrets its vital resurrection trigger upon death. You then sacrifice that Salvager of Secrets to Phyrexian Altar, generating the black mana needed to recast the spell while simultaneously triggering the creature's return. As Salvager of Secrets re-enters the battlefield, its entry ability scoops Supernatural Stamina right back out of your graveyard and into your hand, setting the stage to repeat the entire cycle endlessly.
