How it works

1. Cast Supernatural Stamina by paying , targeting Shipwreck Dowser.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Shipwreck Dowser, adding .
3. When Shipwreck Dowser dies, it triggers, returning it from your graveyard to the battlefield.
4. When Shipwreck Dowser enters the battlefield, it triggers, returning Supernatural Stamina from your graveyard to your hand.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop lets you endlessly recur a spell by leveraging the triggered abilities of Shipwreck Dowser alongside a clever sacrifice outlet.
