How it works

1. Cast Supernatural Stamina by paying , targeting Cormela.
2. Activate Phyrexian Altar by sacrificing Cormela, adding .
3. When Cormela dies, it triggers twice.
4. Resolve the first trigger, returning Cormela from your graveyard to the battlefield tapped.
5. Resolve the second trigger, returning Supernatural Stamina from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Repeat.
