How it works

  1. Activate The Chain Veil by paying 4 and tapping it, allowing an extra activation of all your planeswalkers' abilities until end of turn.
  2. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing zero loyalty counters from it, untapping The Chain Veil and up to three permanents that can tap to produce at least 5.
  3. Activate up to three permanents by tapping them, adding at least 5.
  4. Repeat.
