How it works

1. Activate Sensei's Divining Top's second ability by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and put Sensei's Divining Top on top of your library from the battlefield.
2. Activate Teferi's first loyalty ability by putting a loyalty counter on it, causing you to put Sensei's Divining Top into your hand.
3. Activate a mana-producing permanent by tapping it, adding at least 1.
4. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping the mana producing permanent.
5. Cast Sensei's Divining Top by paying 1.
6. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Teferi.
7. Repeat.
8. You may tap additional mana-producing permanents in step 3, and untap them in step 4, to get a large amount of mana.
