How it works

1. Activate up to four permanents by tapping them, adding at least 2.
2. Cast Mystic Speculation with buyback by paying 2.
3. Displacer Kitten triggers, blinking Teferi.
4. Resolve Mystic Speculation, causing you to scry 3 and return Mystic Speculation to your hand.
5. Activate Teferi's second loyalty ability by removing a loyalty counter from it, untapping up to four permanents.
6. Repeat.
7. If the four permanents can tap to produce at least 2, you may get infinite mana, and then use Teferi's first loyalty ability instead.
