How it works

1. Cast the creature card in your hand by paying 0.
2. Either that creature dies as a state-based action due to having zero toughness, or activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing that creature.
3. Gutter Grime triggers, putting a slime counter on it and creating a X/X Ooze creature token.
4. Activate Bloodflow Connoisseur by sacrificing the Ooze.
5. When the Ooze dies, Colfenor triggers, returning the creature card from your graveyard to your hand.
6. Resolve the Bloodflow Connoisseur abilities, putting a +1/+1 counter on it each time.

This fascinating loop relies on a clever interplay of death triggers and toughness-based recursion to grow an army of massive Ooze tokens. By repeatedly feeding creatures to Bloodflow Connoisseur, you trigger Gutter Grime to continuously grow its slime counters and spawn ever-larger tokens. Once those Oozes eventually hit the graveyard, Colfenor, the Last Yew steps in to fish your fallen threats right back to your hand, allowing you to endlessly recast and repeat the cycle for infinite sacrifices, triggers, and stats.
