How it works
Declare Combat Celebrant and the creature with Stolen Identity encoded as attackers, choosing to exert Combat Celebrant as it attacks.
Combat Celebrant triggers, untapping all other creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
Deal combat damage to an opponent using the creature that has Stolen Identity encoded.
Stolen Identity triggers, casting a copy of itself without paying its mana cost.
Resolve Stolen Identity, creating a token copy of Combat Celebrant.
Repeat each combat phase using the Combat Celebrant token instead.
This loop relies on transforming a single combat step into an endless sequence of attacks by continuously copying your primary threat. Mass Hysteria is the crucial enabler here, granting all creatures haste so the fresh copies generated mid-combat can immediately join the fray without summoning sickness. By attacking and exerting Combat Celebrant, you untap your board and trigger an extra combat phase, while the creature encoding Stolen Identity sneaks in for combat damage to cast another copy of Stolen Identity for free. Resolving that copy creates a token of Combat Celebrant, letting you repeat the entire process indefinitely for infinite combat phases and damage.
