How it works

1. Activate Alaundo the Seer by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and exile a card from your hand with time counters on it equal to its mana value, then removing a time counter from each other card you own in exile.
2. Inspiring Refrain triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
3. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Alaundo the Seer.
4. Resolve Inspiring Refrain, causing you to draw two cards, then exiling Inspiring Refrain with three time counters on it.
5. Activate Alaundo the Seer by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and exile a card from your hand with time counters on it equal to its mana value, then removing a time counter from each other card you own in exile.
6. Venture Forth triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
7. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Alaundo the Seer.
8. Resolve Venture Forth, causing you to exile cards from the top of your library until you exile a land card, then putting the land card onto the battlefield and the rest of the cards exiled this way on the bottom of your library, and then exiling Venture Forth with three time counters on it.
9. Activate Alaundo the Seer by tapping it, causing you to draw a card and exile a card from your hand with time counters on it equal to its mana value, then removing a time counter from each card you own in exile.
10. Cyclical Evolution triggers, causing you to cast it from exile without paying its mana cost.
11. Chakram Retriever triggers, untapping Alaundo the Seer.
12. Resolve Cyclical Evolution, giving target creature +3/+3 until end of turn and then exiling Cyclical Evolution with three time counters on it.
13. Repeat.

Because Alaundo the Seer rapidly accelerates time counters on your exiled cards while digging through your deck, you are able to rapidly cycle into free suspend spells like Inspiring Refrain, Venture Forth, and Cyclical Evolution. Each time these spells hit zero time counters and are cast for free, Chakram Retriever triggers its untap ability, feeding right back into Alaundo the Seer to keep the engine spinning endlessly.
