How it works

1. Activate Viscera Seer by sacrificing Impulsive Pilferer
2. When Impulsive Pilferer dies, it, The Great Goblin's second ability and Mortuary trigger.
3. Resolve the Impulsive Pilferer trigger, creating a Treasure token.
4. Resolve the Mortuary trigger, putting Impulsive Pilferer onto the top of your library from your graveyard.
5. Resolve the Great Goblin trigger, exiling Impulsive Pilferer from the top of your library with the ability to play it until the end of your next turn.
6. Resolve the Viscera Seer ability.
7. Activate the Treasure by tapping and sacrificing it, adding .
8. Cast Impulsive Pilferer from exile by paying .

That exact journey triggers The Great Goblin's second ability, which exiles Impulsive Pilferer from your library and grants you permission to cast it from exile.
