How it works

1. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Bloodline Necromancer.
2. Zulaport Cutthroat triggers, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
3. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability, causing target player to mill cards equal to Bloodline Necromancer's power.
4. Activate Altar of Dementia by sacrificing Junji.
5. Zulaport Cutthroat and Junji trigger.
6. Resolve the Zulaport Cutthroat trigger, causing each opponent to lose 1 life and you to gain 1 life.
7. Resolve the Junji trigger, causing you to lose 2 life and to put Bloodline Necromancer from your graveyard onto the battlefield under your control.
8. Bloodline Necromancer enters the battlefield, causing you to return Junji from your graveyard to the battlefield.
9. Resolve the Altar of Dementia ability from step 4, causing target player to mill cards equal to Junji's power.
10. Repeat.
