How it works

1. Activate Ashnod's Altar by sacrificing Eternal Scourge, adding CC.
2. Activate Eternal Scourge's encore ability by paying 3 and exiling it from your graveyard, creating a token copy of it with haste for each opponent you have.
3. Activate Ashnod's Altar twice by sacrificing two Eternal Scourge tokens, adding CCCC.
4. Cast Eternal Scourge from exile by paying 3.
5. Repeat.
6. If you have three or more opponents, this combo nets infinite Eternal Scourge tokens with haste and colorless mana.

Once the tokens are rolling, Ashnod's Altar provides the mana needed to recast the original Eternal Scourge right out of exile while fueling an endless loop of sacrifices. Since Sliver Gravemother lifts the legend rule for your Slivers, you can easily sustain multiple copies and scale your mana production into infinity against three or more opponents.
