How it works

1. Activate a creature by tapping it, adding at least .
2. Activate Wirewood Symbiote by returning it from the battlefield to your hand, untapping the mana-producing creature.
3. Cast Wirewood Symbiote by paying .
4. Repeat.

Arcane Adaptation does the heavy lifting here by turning Wirewood Symbiote into an Elf, allowing it to target itself for its own return ability. By tapping a creature for green mana, you can bounce and recast Wirewood Symbiote over and over, feeding the loop with the exact mana required to recast it while generating an infinite storm count and endless enters-the-battlefield triggers.
