How it works

1. Activate Bartolomé del Presidio by sacrificing another creature.
2. When the creature dies, Bishop of Wings' second ability triggers, creating a 1/1 Spirit creature token.
3. When the Spirit token enters the battlefield as an Angel due to Arcane Adaptation, Bishop of Wings' first ability triggers, causing you to gain 4 life.
4. Resolve the Bartolomé del Presidio ability.
5. Repeat.

This clever loop transforms humble Spirit tokens into a self-sustaining engine by using Arcane Adaptation to rewrite reality, forcing every creature you own to count as an Angel. With that blanket type-change active, every token generated by Bishop of Wings' death trigger immediately enters the battlefield as an Angel, in turn triggering the Bishop's life-gaining ability all over again. You then feed that newly minted Spirit back into Bartolomé del Presidio, sacrificing it to grow his power and restart the entire cycle. The result is an unstoppable loop of sacrifices and rebirths that nets you boundless life and an arbitrarily large vampire.
