How it works
Declare Altaïr as an attacker, triggering its ability, exiling Éomer from your graveyard with a memory counter on it and creating two tapped and attacking copies of Éomer.
Put all but one Éomer token into your graveyard due to the legend rule, causing you to get at least one Éomer trigger, causing you to untap all creatures you control and to get an additional combat phase after this one.
At the end of your combat phase, Altaïr triggers, causing you to exile the Éomer token.
Repeat each combat phase.
This explosive loop turns the graveyard into a relentless revolving door of combat steps, anchored by Arcane Adaptation naming "Assassin" so that every creature card you own shares that creature type. When Altaïr Ibn-La'Ahad swings, it plucks Éomer, Marshal of Rohan from the graveyard and brings forth an army of copies, whose token production is wonderfully doubled by Exalted Sunborn's replacement effect. The resulting legend rule clash sends the extra Éomer tokens to the graveyard, triggering the survivor to untap your entire board and grant an additional combat phase so Altaïr can do it all over again.
